TINY CERAMIC STAR BEAD

I DIDN’T SLEEP LAST NIGHT BECAUSE OF A BLOODY MOSQUITO

A hand-painted ceramic blue star bead made in Peru, with a calm vibe and a touch of whimsy. Blue stragglers are anomalously hot, bright, and massive stars found in old clusters that appear to “defy aging” by appearing younger than their counterparts. First discovered in 1953, these stars are believed to form through stellar collisions in dense regions or, more commonly, via mass transfer in binary systems, gaining extra hydrogen to fuel continued fusion.
